Really good book
Worth it, real good book.
Holy peak I dont read much but this is the peak i tested one thing from the book and had lucid dreams
it took me some time to read the book and to test some things from the book. Great methods and all, but somehow it is not a big book, I heard that maybe there will be a part 2, so I am all in for that. So far, well done, well written but short.
I enjoyed most of the books, productive and dopamine tempting, especially in this day and age. I hope for a second part if it ever comes out, because lennart is a really amazing writer. And I am slowly applying his methods that he teaches in this book
